My name is James Seaman and along with my wife, family members, and friends who make up the members of our LLC – I would like to invite you to become a distributor of our state-of-the-art Hemp based CBD product line.
I am reaching out to you as we have received your request to be a distributor for our lineup of Hemp based CBD products.
A brief background on Cultivate starts with, unfortunately, the death of my brother and mom from cancer. I was never into homeopathic medication and my only run in with marijuana was recreational use in my youth and the occasional party during the year as an adult. I saw my both of them deal with pain and other ailments that could only be treated by big pharm and high level and addictive pain killers. In fact, my mom, never really even drank, and ended up on fentanyl patches in the end. Although, I am not dismissing the need for some of their meds – there were more natural alternatives that would have helped them, and they would have been the better for it. I, personally, work in the video game industry, but also have a degree in chemical engineering and have used that knowledge to come up an advanced and natural delivery system for Hemp based CBD that creates a high bioavailability without harsh chemicals like some of our competitors use.
With that being said we only use:
• US based full spectrum oil and not isolate.
• Real essential and botanical oils
• Our scented oils for candles are essential oil based and free from all harmful chemicals.
• Organic and sustainable products are used whenever possible.
• Glass instead of plastic whenever possible – wild thing is plant based plastic alternatives are almost impossible to find in the USA.
• Recycled wine bottle candles – however they are set at 2-hour limits for burning – as to high heat and cracking – we are looking at other reusable sources.
• Food grade emulsion technology that strives for the absolute best in viability
Many products have gone through many changes to get where they are and, in fact, our tincture lineup is still a work in progress as to taste and I would like your opinion on where we are at right now. You see, when you take a hemp molecule and drive it into a nanoparticle – the bitter taste of Hemp becomes harsher in an exponential fashion. We have added natural oils, stevia, and a proprietary natural bitter blocker, but, like I said, we would like your opinion on where we are now. So, hemp products from a tincture on your tongue can be an issue for some but in a glass of water it is moot. The liquid literally dissolves in water even though it has a remarkably high oil content.
So, with that, our distributors are paid on a commission basis of 20% on initial orders of a new product and 5% of wholesale price on all residual orders of products after that. All initial customer purchases are given a 10% discount and we can offer other incentives if the buy in is quite high initially and they pay immediately.
In addition, if you hire anyone under you get 5% of their total business – the total business of your hire includes their hire’s bonuses paid to them as to their gross sales.
If you do a personal party and sell direct to the public, you will need a resale cert and let us know of your plans for the event and you will be paid a 25% commission of the wholesale price – minus shipping costs. We will also provide, based on the numbers, free giveaways. Believe me we are flexible and really want people to become part of our family.
